DID YOU KNOW … St. Patrick’s School Library has over 10,000 titles in its collection and subscribes to magazines such as Sports Illustrated for Kids, NICK, and Scientific American? …..11 dedicated women volunteer their time each month in the library- checking in and out books, covering books, cataloguing/processing books, and most importantly helping students find a book to read …. Due to tremendous support for our Book Fair, over $3,000 was raised for the school library this Fall and over $8,000 total in the past 13 months ….12 sixth and seventh grade students joined our first ever book club, reading and talking about books purchased through a special grant ….Each and every student and staff member has home and school access to Grolier Online, which contains updated articles for student research ….St. Patrick’s School Library wouldn’t reach the needs of our students without all of our parent support. Thank you so much. – Anne Kalkowski, St. Patrick’s Media Specialist
